PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hyaluronidase inhibitor derived from hyaluronic acid contributing to moisture retention of the skin etc., and a wrinkle formation inhibitor containing the inhibitor. SOLUTION: The hyaluronidase inhibitor includes a phosphorylcholine group-containing hyaluronic acid derivative. There may be a case in which the phosphorylcholine group-containing hyaluronic acid derivative is phosphorylcholinehyaluronic acid. The derivative maintains moisture retaining property being a main function of hyaluronic acid and has increased hydrophilicity and biocompatibility by introduction of phosphorylcholine group and ability of inhibiting hyaluronidase activity to decompose hyaluronic acid.
