The fixing system has a tightening strap (1) with a clamping device which is connected with a motor vehicle part. The tightening strap has a tapering area (2) at the end that is in the direction of the motor vehicle part, with which the tightening strap is connected. The tapering area has a connecting element, which is connected in articulated manner with another connecting element arranged on a console (5) of the vehicle, such that the end of the tightening strap is movable on the console with an axis by the articulated coupling of former connecting element and the latter connecting element.
