<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paste infusion kneading instrument which reduces variations in softness and curing time of kneaded paste. <P>SOLUTION: The medical paste infusion kneading instrument 1 includes a cylinder 2 having a flange 2c and an opening on one end and a nozzle 2b on the other end, a partition 3a slidable within the cylinder 2 in the axial direction, a stopper 40 for engaging and releasing the partition 3a with and from the opening side of the cylinder 2, a shaft 3b which is inserted into a shaft inserting through-hole 300 penetrating through the center of the partition 3a and moves reciprocatingly in the axial direction and rotatably centering the axis within the shaft inserting through-hole 300, an agitation part 3c arranged on the shaft 3b located within the cylinder 2, and a handle 3d arranged on the shaft 3b located outside the cylinder 2.
