<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste landfill method which can dispose of waste at low costs without requiring the conventional sea bank, and a treatment method of leachate, which can reduce remarkably work periods and costs taken to the installation of water treating plant to carry out a purification treatment of the leachate, and enables an early action of the landfill. <P>SOLUTION: A landfill area 1 of sea coast is zoned by the sea bank using a caisson 2 at least partly, at the same time a barge 4 mounting the water treating plant 5 is towed to find a bottom in the landfill area 1, the waste discharging a harmful solved-out component is received in the caisson 2, a watering treatment with seawater is carried out in the caisson 2 to stabilization-treat, the leachate containing the harmful solved-out component and organic substances generated by the stabilization treatment is subjected to the purification treatment only in the water treating plant 5, and the stabilization-treated waste is taken out of the caisson 2 and transferred in the landfill area 1 to landfill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
