PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching assisting gear which has excellent effects on health promotion, injury prevention in sports, rehabilitation from sports disorders. SOLUTION: This assisting gear comprises a base 2, a front foot stand 3 placed on the front upper side of the base 2, a heel stand 4 placed on the rear upper side. The front foot stand has a level surface on the top, while the heel stand has a V-shaped plane surface on the top, inclined from the highest lateral edges toward the lowest center line in the middle.
