PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmid vector for a Schizosaccharomyces microorganism for allowing a Genetic-Tag-of-War (gTOW) method developed by using a budding yeast to be achieved by a fission yeast.

SOLUTION: The plasmid vector for the Schizosaccharomyces microorganism at least includes a leu2d gene as a marker gene, and one or more bases at 3' terminus side in a specific base sequence as a promoter region for regulating the expression of the leu2d gene.
