<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic levitation controller capable of automatically and rapidly indentifying and controlling accurate values of a gravity center position, mass, and inertia moment of a control object including wiring and piping after assembly, even if they are not obtained in advance. <P>SOLUTION: First, control is started using the temporary gravity center position, mass, and inertia moment, and the identification operation of the gravity center position is executed to obtain an identification value of the gravity center position. Next, control is switched to control using the identification value of the gravity center position to execute the identification operation of the mass and inertia movement, and thereafter, control is performed using the identified gravity center position, mass and inertia moment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
