PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan, a motor and an oil seal structure which improve the reliability and life of the fan and its motor. SOLUTION: The oil seal structure for use in the motor including a rotating shaft 13, a bushing 11 and a fluid bearing 14 fitted to the rotating shaft 13 and housed in the busing 11 includes a cover 151 connected to one end of the bushing 11 and at least one seal member provided around the rotating shaft 13 and located between the fluid bearing 14 and the cover 151.
