PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting material capable of removing an oxide film from the surface of a metal part having complicated shapes such as a narrow part and a fitting part without degrading surface roughness and having a durability enough to eliminate the need of supplement or replacement in a short time. SOLUTION: The blasting material 10 for polishing metal parts comprises a plurality of polymeric grains 12 with elasticity, a plurality of polishing abrasive grains 11 which cover the respective polymeric grains 12 and so cover the polymeric grains 12 as to involve a plurality of polymeric grains, and a liquid resin hard material 13 for adhering between the polymeric grains 12 and the polishing abrasive grains 11 and between the adjacent polishing abrasive grains 11.
