FIELD: food products, pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: food or pharmacological composition with anti-inflammatory properties contains one or several lactobacillus plantarum strains chosen from the group consisting of Lactobacillus plantarum strain DSM 15312 - tannase producer, Lactobacillus plantarum strain DSM 15316 - tannase producer and tannins.
