FIELD: construction, shipbuilding. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for production of sulfur concrete for its application in manufacture of hulls, production of construction materials and other structures and buildings exposed to acid and salt aggression. Sulfur concrete mixture contains sulfur binder and filler in mass ratio of 20:80. Sulfur binder is prepared by means of mixing at the temperature of 140 C in apparatus of vortex plane for 15-30 sec of gas sulfur and black oil to produce homogeneous emulsion in mass ratio of 5:1. Filler contains crushed stone and remains of crushed stone grinding with the following fraction composition: fraction 20-10 mm -17%, fraction 10-5 mm - 15%, fraction 5-2.5 mm - 14%, fraction 2.5-1.25 mm -12%, fraction 1.25-0.63 mm - 12%, fraction 0.63-0.315 mm - 10%, fraction 0.315-0.071 mm - 10%, fraction 0.071 mm and less - 10%. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of concrete, resistance to effect of sign-variable temperatures. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
