A system and a method for evaluating registered patents using a text mining technique are provided to extract data corresponding to a technical evaluation basis, derive various evaluation factors from the extracted data, evaluate a registered patent at the request of a user and rapidly transmit the evaluation result to the user. A system of evaluating registered patents using a text mining technique includes a technical evaluation system server(3) which is connected to multiple user terminals(1), extracts data corresponding to a technical evaluation basis from periodically registered patents by using the text mining technique, derives various factors from the extracted data and analyzes the factors to construct base patent data. The server analyzes a registered patent by using the text mining technique at the request of a user, compares the patent with previously registered patent data to extract a similar patent, perform evaluation on the patent and feeds back the evaluation result to the user. |
