The device has a front part (13f) fastened along an edge of a roadway and turned towards the roadway. A set of supports (23f) is supported against a base (8), connected with the front part and arranged at a side of the front part, where the side is turned away from the roadway. A tie-rod (53) runs horizontally through the supports and has an external thread i.e. coarse thread. The supports have U-shaped fastening clamps (66), which protrude outwards and are connected with the supports. The fastening clamps fix the tie rod to the supports. |
