The fly-back chronograph type watch movement comprises a frame with a finishing gear train connected to a chronograph gear train. The chronograph gear train comprises a chronograph runner (6) having a chronograph spindle (7) to carry hand for indicating seconds of measured time. A fly-back runner mounted rotationally with respect to the frame, has a hollow-shaped fly-back spindle (41) in which the chronograph spindle is arranged to carry hand for indicating seconds of measured time.
