PURPOSE:To make it possible that only extrusion forms a three-dimensional curved surface without requiring subsequent embossing, by extruding a molding resin composition that comprises a specified wood flour mixed with a foamable resin. CONSTITUTION:In case that a foamable resin in extruded, if a wood flour having a water content of 10-30% is previously mixed in an amount of 20-40pts.wt. with 80-60pts.wt. resin, the inside of the extrudate has steam originated from the wood flour, and the steam migrates with time to the surface layer part of the extrudate. Since the surface of the extrudate is formed with a skin layer due to cooling by the air, the skin layer is raised by the steam from the inside, so that the surface of the extrudate is roughened. At the parts where the steam pressure is high, the skin layer is broken by the steam and is roughened like craters. Thus, only by extrusion, a decorative material having a three-dimensional surface can be obtained. |
