A fiber-reinforced resin sheet obtained by impregnating glass fiber fabric with a resin composition containing a vinyl chloride resin, in which the glass fiber fabric content is 10 to 50% by mass based on the whole mass of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet and the glass constituting the glass fiber fabric has a basic composition comprising both at least either of CaO and MgO and SiO2 and satisfying the relationship: X-(Y+Z) = 40 to 60% by mass (wherein X, Y and Z are contents (% by mass) of SiO2, CaO and MgO respectively based on the whole mass of the glass) and which exhibits a haze of 40% or below.
