The structure (1) has prefabricated modular elements (2) provided in a factory for their outer coating to receive a finish coat, where the elements are formed by a wooden frame. The elements have bay closures (4), and a positioning and assembling unit along vertical edges of the frame. The elements cooperate with a positioning, squaring and fixing unit i.e. lower assembly wall plate, on a foundation by their lower edges during the installation of elements. Upper edges of the elements cooperate with an upper assembly wall plate. Tabs are provided on the vertical, lower and/or upper edges. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a prefabricated structure.
