An X-ray image acquiring apparatus having a structure that improves the qualities of video signals representative of picked-up X-ray images. The X-ray image acquiring apparatus (5) has an imaging part (7), a connection part (8), and a signal cable (L1). The imaging part (7) outputs a video signal representative of a picked-up X-ray image. The connection part (8) has a structure that is attachable to and detachable from a control circuit (6) that controls the imaging part (7). The signal cable (L1) has one of its ends connected to the imaging part (7) and the other end connected to the connection part (8) and has flexibility. The signal cable (L1) includes a detection signal line (L11), a control signal line (L12), a video signal line (L13) and a GND line (L14) used for propagating signals transmitted/received between the imaging part (7) and the control circuit (6) and further includes a shield member (5a) covering these lines (L11-L14). The connection part (8) includes a resistor (5c) disposed between the shield member (5a) and a ground terminal (81a) of the connection part (8).
