PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-form prepreg fitted with a protection film which can manufacture a fiber-reinforced composite material having a large area with less voids with good productivity, and in which trouble or the like at prepreg cutting is improved. SOLUTION: The prepreg fitted with protection film includes: a prepreg formed by impregnating a fiber-reinforced base material with an epoxy resin composition whose 25-°C viscosity lies in the range 5×10<SP>5</SP>to 1×10<SP>7</SP>Pa s: and a protection film tightly attached to one or both surfaces of the prepreg, wherein the surface wettability of the protection film lies within the range of 32-45 mmN/m.
