<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus reducing malfunction due to noise by simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: Analog quantities of noises obtained by a plurality of noise monitors 11 arranged on a plurality of positions over the entire digital circuit 10 are converted into maximum digital quantities by an analog/digital converter 12 and the maximum digital quantities are input to a frequency/voltage control circuit 40. The frequency/voltage control circuit 40 determines, when at least one maximum digital quantity exceeds reference digital quantity, that power supply voltage is NG and does not change a frequency of a clock output from a clock generation device 20 and power supply voltage output from a regulator 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
