PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic prove cable can coping with a load in an extracting direction stably, and of relaxing atmospheric fluctuations in a probe case without accompanying a cost increase in addition to that, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic probe cable 1, a strain relief 5 is attached to the end part of a multicore cable 4 in which core wires 2 are bundled in a plurality of numbers, and in which a jacket 3 is formed at its surroundings, and the probe case 6 to cover the core wires 2 exposed from the end part of the multicore cable 4 is mounted on the strain relief 5. By arranging and caulking an annular fixing member 24 at the surrounding of the jacket 3, the plurality numbers of the core wires 2 and the jacket 3 are integrally fixed. Ventilation inside the jacket 4 of the fixed spot is secured, and a metal fitting 13 for regulating movement in a direction in which the multicore cable 4 is extracted from the probe case 6 is installed at the stain relief 5 since the caulked fixing member 24 is housed and abutting on the fixing member 24.
