<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor whose off current can be reduced in transistor operation, and to provide an organic transistor array that includes a plurality of organic transistors and a display device that has the organic transistor array. <P>SOLUTION: The organic transistor 10 includes a gate electrode 2 and a gate insulating film 3, formed sequentially on a substrate 1, in this order; and a source electrode 4, a drain electrode 5 and an organic semiconductor layer 6 formed on at least the gate insulating film 3. From a surface of the substrate 1 at a side where the gate electrode 2 is not formed, the substrate 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet light which the substrate 1 and the gate insulating film 3 transmit and which is reflected from the gate electrode 2 and absorbed by the organic semiconductor layer 6, and the conductivity of the organic semiconductor layer 6, that has absorbed the ultraviolet light, is lower than that of the organic semiconductor layer 6 that has not absorbed the ultraviolet light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
