<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-osteoporosis agent which has high safety and excellent anti-osteoporosis effect, because the outbreak of the osteoporosis, that lowers the density of bone to weaken the bone, accompanies symptoms such as bone curvature, ache and bone fracture, and requests an effective therapeutic method, is cited as an important problem of the ageing society in recent years, and to provide a food or drink using the anti-osteoporisis agent. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-osteoporosis agent comprises methylated catechin as an active ingredient.
