PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan with a solar panel capable of being easily carried with a simple structure, easily mounted and demounted by utilizing an attached region of a building to be reused, and automatically ventilating a vacant room. SOLUTION: This ventilation fan with the solar panel comprises a power generating portion 10 generating and supplying power by taking sunlight, and a ventilation fan main body portion 20 executing ventilation by electric power supplied from the power generating portion 10, the power generating portion 10 has a solar panel 11 and a capacitor 12, the ventilation fan body portion 20 comprises a motor 21 rotated and driven by power generation of the solar panel 11, a fan 22 rotated by the motor 21, and a frame body 23 holding the motor 21 and the fan 22, and detachably mounted on a sliding door sash 50, and the solar panel 11 is supported on a curtain rail 57 of a building by a panel supporting body 17 at a position which receives sunlight.
