PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-diffusing apparatus capable of surely volatilizing a large amount of chemicals without using a motor and a battery. SOLUTION: The body worn chemical-diffusing apparatus includes a chemical diffusing device 1 for rotating a fan 4 provided in a device body 3, bringing the chemical 5 into contact with air, volatilizing the chemical and diffusing the chemical together with air from a discharge port 7 into the atmosphere, and a wearing device 2 for wearing the chemical diffusing device 1 on the body. The device body 3 is provided with a rotating weight 10, a rotation-transmitting mechanism 20, and a spiral spring 30, and the rotation of the rotating weight 10 is transmitted to the spiral spring 30 by the rotation-transmitting mechanism 20 to wind the spiral spring.
