<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect only abnormal conditions due to degradation or failure of equipment by eliminating an effect of variation of parameters in an operating state in a rotary machine apparatus wherein parameters are varied in an operating state. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring and diagnosing system includes a level for issuing an alarm of abnormal vibration, per a plurality of operating patterns classified based on the parameters in an operating state including the number of revolutions of the rotary machine apparatus and loading condition on the rotary machine apparatus, and per a placement location of each of vibration detecting sensors. Monitoring operating conditions of the rotary machine apparatus includes comparing a vibration level detected by each of the vibration detecting sensors and the predetermined level for issuing an alarm to perform an alarm evaluation, per a placement location of each of the vibration detecting sensor and per each of the operating patterns, and displaying an alarm by an alarm displaying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
