PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve continuous communication even if a radio communication terminal moves at high speed. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal 100 includes a moving speed detecting portion 103 for detecting the moving speed of the radio communication terminal 100, a repetition-number-of-times determining portion 104 for determining the number of uplink repetition times that is the number of times for repeatedly transmitting the identical uplink user data to a radio base station based on the detected moving speed, and a first data transmitting portion for transmitting the uplink user data to the radio base station according to the determined number of uplink repetition times.
