PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingot cutting device capable of preventing a short block from being overturned, falling or being damaged on a tray for carrying, saving labor, improving productivity and suppressing the increase of costs and an equipment occupancy space by newly provided equipment. SOLUTION: The ingot cutting device 10 is provided with a cutting part 11 for cutting an ingot 1 by a cutting means 16 and dividing it into blocks 1a, a send-out/send-in part 12 with a table 18 for sending out and sending in a tray 15 for cutting, a control part 13 for controlling the operation of the send-out/send-in part, and a transfer part 14 for transferring the cut block 1a to the tray 2 for carrying. The transfer part 14 is provided with an arm mechanism 19 and a bring-down mechanism 20, a long block 1b is transferred to the tray 2 for carrying by the arm mechanism 19, and a short block 1c is brought down by the bring-down mechanism 20 and transferred to the tray 2 for carrying.
