PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute control suitable for traveling stabilization of a vehicle in the integral control of a vehicle behavior. SOLUTION: In an electronic control device 11 including a master integrated ECU 111 and a slave VSA ECU 112, the VSA ECU 112 is provided with a request restriction part 1122 which receives a request of the integrated ECU 111. The request restriction part 1122 restricts the request, and prioritizes control of the VSA ECU 112 when the direction of vehicle behavior controlled by the request and the direction of the vehicle behavior controlled by the VSA ECU 112 itself are different.
