<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a muting period even if handover is performed, when a mobile station communicates wirelessly with a base station connected to other base stations by real-time data transfer protocol (RTP) over an IP communication network. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile station according to the present invention communicates wirelessly with a base station connected to other base stations by real-time data transfer protocol (RTP) over an IP communication network. The mobile station includes a first buffer 224 for accumulating a signal received from a handover source base station CS1, a second buffer 226 for accumulating a signal received from a handover destination base station CS2, a time difference detection portion 230 for comparing the received signal accumulated in the first buffer 224 with the received signal accumulated in the second buffer 226 and detecting a time difference between the time of reception of each received signal, and a terminal control portion 210 for switching a signal to be sound-reproduced from the first buffer 224 to the second buffer 226 based on the time difference detected by the time difference detection portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
