PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw capable of connecting/fixing objects to be connected which are horizontally arranged only by work from the upper side, a connecting/fixing method using the screw, and a repair method using the connecting/fixing method, for improving user convenience. SOLUTION: This screw is formed with a screw head at one end of a shaft having a screw thread formed around an outer periphery. A neck portion as a connecting portion of the screw head to the shaft is formed larger in diameter than that of the shaft, and the surface of the neck portion on the side of the shaft is formed into an inverse tapered shape with an outer periphery rather than an inner periphery projected toward the end of the shaft.
