PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal easily marking mail as read, which displays in preview the body of mail selected by a cursor in the received mail along with a list of the received mail. SOLUTION: The information communication terminal includes a determining means for determining whether the entire text of a selected received mail can be displayed within a preview area in the preview display, and an updating means for marking as read information showing whether or not the received mail has been already read when the entire text is determined to be displayed within the area.
