PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration of a base-isolated building as the whole building. SOLUTION: Laminated rubber members 34 are provided on a foundation part 32. Columns 14 are erected on the laminated rubber members 34, so that the columns 14 support a first floor slab 20 as a floor surface and a second floor slab 24 as a ceiling surface. On the first floor slab 20, a building sensor 26 is provided. The building sensor 26 detects vibration of the first floor slab 20, and outputs result of detection to a control device 30. At lower parts of the columns 14A-14D, vertical vibration devices 12 are disposed to generate vertical vibration force. On the side of the column 14B, an X-axis vibration device 16 to generate X-axis direction vibration force, and a Y-axis vibration device 18 to generate Y-axis vibration force are disposed.
