PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable emulsified composition using a dimer dilinoleic acid diethylene glycol oligomer ester and having an excellent irritation-relieving effect. SOLUTION: The emulsified composition comprises a dimer dilinoleic acid diethylene glycol oligomer ester and a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or an acrylate/alkyl acrylate (C10-C30) crosspolymer.
