<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate useful for a rear-surface protective sheet for a solar cell which has good adhesion with a filler composing a solar cell module, excels in the various characteristics such as weatherability, water resistance, moisture barrier property and the like, excels even in flame retardancy and is cheap. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate is the one in which an organic compound layer and an inorganic compound layer (104) are provided sequentially at least one surface of a fluororesin film (101). The organic compound layer comprises an organic compound layer A (102) that comprises at least a fluorine compound having a functional group capable of addition polymerization and is formed on the fluororesin film and an organic compound layer B (103) that comprises a (meth)acrylic compound having a trialkoxyl group having a mol.wt. of 150-600 and is formed on the side brought in contact with the inorganic compound layer.
