PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically display a plurality of home pages according to a user's taste when activating a browser. SOLUTION: A plurality of addresses 205 of home pages to be displayed when a browsing program 102 is activated are preliminarily registered to an auxiliary storage part 110. A computer part 101 selectively displays one home page 204 from the plurality of registered home pages every time when the browsing program 102 is activated by the user's operation. An appearance rate that is a display frequency of each home address is also registered together with the plurality of addresses of home pages, and the computer part 101 selects the home page to be displayed from the plurality of registered home pages according to the appearance rate every time when the browsing program is activated.
