PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defect that particles to be classified hardly roll on the upper face of the inlet side of holes provided on a screen mesh for classifying various types of fine particles, and to prevent the particles to be classified from being damaged around the holes when passing through the holes. SOLUTION: In the screen mesh for classification, an eaves-like part protruded inwardly to the holes of a metallic base material constructing the screen mesh is provided to round inlet sides of the holes, thereby facilitating the rolling of the particles to be classified, and preventing the particles to be classified from being damaged when passing through the holes.
