PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent resistance from occurring in a circumferential direction and to restrict rotation around a king pin shaft. SOLUTION: A pillow ball structure includes: an outer cylinder 71; an inner cylinder 72 having dimension axially larger than the outer cylinder 71; a spherical body 74 formed integrally with the inner cylinder 72 on the peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 72; a retaining member 75 arranged between the outer cylinder 71 and the inner cylinder 72 and swingably retaining the spherical body 74; a second outer cylinder 73 arranged outside of the outer cylinder 71 and having dimension axially larger than the outer cylinder 71; and a restriction member 77 arranged between the inner cylinder 72 and the second outer cylinder 73 and restricting the swinging of the inner cylinder 72.
