PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize excavated soil produced during tunnel excavation in a tunnel. SOLUTION: In this method for utilizing the tunnel excavated soil effectively in the tunnel by reforming and treating the tunnel excavated soil produced during tunnel excavation in the tunnel, a part of the excavated soil is distributed in the tunnel while conveying the soil behind a tunnel excavator 1, quicklime is added to the excavated soil to convey the soil backward while stirring and mixing them and prepare the primary reformed soil, and then solidifying material is added to the primary reformed soil to prepare the secondary reformed soil by stirring and mixing them in order to utilize the secondary reformed soil in the tunnel.
