<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress the generation of set-off while securing printability on a device and a method for estimating set-off, a device and a method for controlling printing, a device and a method for preparing printing. <P>SOLUTION: The device is constituted so as to have an image data acquisition means 21a for obtaining the image data of printing patterns, a color developing value detecting means 23 for detecting the color developing values of the objective paper surface printed by the printing plate corresponding to the image data, and an estimating means 22 for estimating the generation of set-off between the objective paper surface and an adjacent paper surface contacting with the same comparing the estimated color developing value estimated according to the image data of the objective paper surface obtained by the image data acquisition means 21a and the real color developing value detected by the color developing value detecting means 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
