PINHOLE INSPECTION METHOD OF BOTTLE MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspection method inspecting a pinhole of a bottle more suitably in comparison with a conventional pinhole inspection. SOLUTION: A supply valve 3 is opened only for a prescribed time, and a bottle inner pressure just after closing the supply valve 3 is used as a reference inner pressure P1, and it is checked whether the reference inner pressure P1exceeds the first threshold Pth1specified beforehand. In the case of exceeding the first threshold Pth1, an air sealed state of the bottle is kept for a fixed time, and a pressure decline amountΔP from the reference inner pressure after elapse of the fixed time of the bottle inner pressure is measured.
