PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel mounting bracket which contributes to simplification of replacing work of a soundproof panel in a lower stage and mounting work of the same on a support, even if the soundproof panels are set in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction in parallel with each other between the supports adjacent to each other, and to provide a soundproof structure. SOLUTION: The mounting bracket 2 for a first soundproof panel 110 is formed of a first bracket 4 and second brackets 6. The first bracket 4 includes: a cover portion 4a which covers a road-side surface of a first support portion 104 of the support 100; a pair of extension portions 4b which extend outward from both edges of the cover portion 4a, along a road width direction; and a pair of fixture portions 4c which each extend outward from an edge of the extension portion 4b, opposite to the cover portion 4a in a width direction of the first support portion 104, and each have an end of the corresponding first soundproof panel 110 fixed thereto. Each second bracket 6 includes: a fastening portion 6a which is superposed on a rear surface of the fixture portion 4c, and fastened to the fixture portion 4c by a fastener 8; and a pinching porion 6b which extends from the fastening portion 6a toward a road side, and pinches the first support portion 104 in cooperation with a rear surface of the cover portion 4a upon fastening of the fixture portion 4c and the fastening portion 6a together by the fastener 8.
