PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize wavelength multiplexing (multi-wavelength) of oscillating wavelengths without changing the internal structure of a semiconductor laser, in a laser module equipped with a semiconductor laser array having a plurality of light emitting points. SOLUTION: This laser module is equipped with the semiconductor laser array 1 having a plurality of the light emitting points 3, and a heat sink 2 mounting this semiconductor laser array 1. The heat sink 2 has different compositions of a heat sink material (CuW for instance) in the arranged direction of the light emitting points 3, and is structured so that different stresses are impressed on the semiconductor laser array 1 depending on the arrangement directional locations of the light emitting points 3, owing to the difference in the coefficients of linear expansions, accompanying the change of the compositions.
