PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate using of a universal detergent solution by allowing electrolytically-generated alkaline water generated by an electrolized water generator installed independently of a dish washer, to be used as washing water for the dish washer installed independently of the electrolized water generator. SOLUTION: The electrolytically-generated alkaline water of strong alkaline introduced into a washing tank 11 is diluted with rinsing water introduced into the washing tank 11 in a rinsing step and used as the washing water. The introduction of the electrolytically-generated alkaline water of strong alkaline into the washing tank 11 is basically started according to the start of the rinsing step and stopped after a predetermined period has passed. When the temperature of the washing water in the washing tank 11 is not lower than a set value and a fixed period has passed after the introduction of the electrolytically-generated alkaline water, a predetermined amount of the washing tank 11-generated alkaline water is additionally introduced into the washing tank 11.
