PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting work of a substituting weight to an optional device mounting position, and to reduce a time and effort for the work. SOLUTION: Optional device mounting plates 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d are provided on both front/rear sides of an option winch mounting position on a pair of right/left lateral boards 13a, 13b provided at an upper turning body 2 of a crane. Projections 16 are formed at both right/left sides of the lower end of the substituting weight 15, and locking pieces 17 are provided at both right/left edges of a lower surface of the weight. The projections 16 at the right/left sides of the substituting weight 15 are located in a position between the front/rear option device mounting plates 14a, 14b, and a position between the option device mounting plates 14c, 14d on the right/left lateral boards 13a, 13b. The locking pieces 17 are locked to inner ends of the right/left lateral boards 13a, 13b. Further, both front/rear ends of spring stopping links 20 provided above the right/left projections 16 are connected to the option device mounting plates 14a, 14b and the mounting plates 14c, 14d so as to indirectly fix the substituting weight 15 to the crane side.
