PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight floor member structure of a cargo bed of a truck which satisfies the necessary strength. SOLUTION: The floor member structure of the cargo bed of the truck comprises a main sill fitted on a chassis frame of the truck along the advancing direction of the truck, a cross sill fitted on the main sill across the main sill, a bracket for connecting the main sill to the cross sill at a crossing part thereof, and a fastening member which passes through the cross sill and the bracket to fasten both member. The cross sill has a U-shaped section comprising a lower piece, an upper piece and a longitudinal piece for connecting the lower piece to the upper piece. The thickness at a circumferential edge of a fitting hole passing through the longitudinal piece and allowing the fastening member to pass therethrough is larger than the thickness of the longitudinal piece at other parts to constitute the floor member structure of the cargo bed of the truck.
