Hearing aid chip with separate EMC mass and corresponding hearing aid

The chip has a signal-processing component i.e. amplifier (14), including a set of terminals (15-18). A ground wire i.e. electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) earth, is connected to one of the terminals, another ground wire is galvanically provided on the chip from the former ground wire, where the ground wires include a connecting pin (23). The latter ground wire is connected to another terminal by a capacitor (C) to conduct interference signals as a result of electromagnetic couplings. The latter ground wire is a separate metal layer embedded in a chip substrate. An independent claim is also included for a hearing apparatus comprising an electrical voltage source.
