This invention belongs to the field of medicine - patho-histology and any other medicine field - neurosurgery, gastroenterology, urology, and relates to method for determination of area volume of malignant tumor processes in mealy tissues, which are obtained by needle biopsy, electro-coagulations, vacuum extractions, ciretazes and aspirations and by other type of manipulations.Object matter of this invention is to create a method for determination of area volume of malignant tumor processes in any type of native biopsy tissue material - intraductal neoplasia, cancer, atipia, in case of malignant tumors, which will give a chance to choose a medical treatment and to prognoses a process development.The intention is achieved by establishing histological sight by characteristics of malignant tumor. From all of histological treated material choose one glass slide, which has the most of damaged part, then in dependence on shape of cut, is established area:square (a), rectangle (b), round (c), ellipse (d), triangle (e). After configuration is calculated total area of tissue cut based on one glass slide (S1). In any cut is determined damaged part quantity in informative area: ¼, 1/3, ½, 2/3, or 1 - it is area of one cut. In dependence on damaged part configuration (a, b, c, d, e) is determined its area, after is determined total damaged part area (S2) on one glass slide and determined malignant tumor damaged area by a formula:K=S2mm2/S1mm2, where S1 is total area of tissues cut on one glass slide, S2 is total area of damaged regions on one glass slide, and K is a part of damaged region from all native tissue material. |
