The suction module comprises a set of individual suction grippers (18) arranged adjacent to each other, where the rolling module and the suction module are engaged at the workpiece at the same time or one after the other. The rolling module and the suction module are engaged at a same side surface or at opposite sides of the workpiece. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Gripping device for gripping, lifting and transporting a workpiece i.e. cup. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The suction module supports the gripping process of the grippers and stabilizes the unstable workpieces when the workpiece is not selected exclusively by the gripper, so that the workpiece lying under the gripper is gripped, lifted and transported in a simple manner. The grippers are inexpensive and relatively stable, so that individual workpiece parts are relatively well stabilized.
