The combustion device (1) for producing fruit brandy or burnt wine by heating mashes, wines, musts and/or marcs, comprises a production unit (GE), a further unit (GK, GV, GK) arranged outside of the production unit for treating produced spirit vapor, a spirit tube for flowingly connecting the production unit with the further unit, and a receiver (11) for collecting the produced distillate. The spirit tube is arranged within the production unit, is led out from the production unit with its one end section and is connected with the further unit with its other end for treating the spirit vapor. The combustion device (1) for producing fruit brandy or burnt wine by heating mashes, wines, musts and/or marcs, comprises a production unit (GE), a further unit (GK, GV, GK) arranged outside of the production unit for treating produced spirit vapor, a spirit tube for flowingly connecting the production unit with the further unit, and a receiver (11) for collecting the produced distillate. The spirit tube is arranged within the production unit, is led out from the production unit with its one end section and is connected with the further unit with its other end for treating the spirit vapor. The further unit is a cooling unit, which consists of a cooler (9) and the receiver. A column amplifier (7') is intended between the production unit and the cooling unit. The spirit tube is introduced into the amplifier in the lower section. The amplifier is flow-technically connected on the head side by a pipe with the cooler. The downwardly directed spirit tube projects up to in an ascending chamber of a blister (2), diverts in head side area of the blister around 45[deg] , is laterally led out from the blister and is connected with its second end at the further unit. The spirit tube is diverted above a filling level of the blister in a circular arc-shaped manner and is arranged on head side interior in the helmet with its one end.
